摘　　要：以某一砖混结构房屋的安全性鉴定工作为实例,阐述了砖混结构房屋安全性评价的重要性,并通过对既有结构的实际结构状况检查、材料实际强度检测、墙体承载力验算的结果,综合评价结构的安全性,指出了影响安全性评价的主要因素。Taking the safety determination of a brick concrete structure house as an example, this paper elaborated the importance of brick concrete structure house safety evaluation, and through the actual structure situation inspection of existing structure, material actual strength testing, wall bearing capacity calculation results, the safety of comprehensive evaluation structure, pointed out that the main factors affected the safety evaluation.
