摘  要:目的 探讨输血管理系统在临床上的应用效果,以提高输血效率、保障输血安全.方法 选择2011年6月至2013年6月滨州医学院附属医院病案科收集的7 21 3份输血病历和输血科收集的22 392份输血资料作为研究对象.按照本院2012年6月应用输血管理系统前、后,将输血病历分为病历未管理组(n=2 461)和病历管理组(n=4 752);将输血资料分为资料未管理组(n=9 960)和资料管理组(n=12 432).分别分析比较两组输血病历的综合完善率、用血审批率及输血同意书签署率检查结果;两组输血资料的申请单合格率、标本正确率、交叉配血差错率、取血核对准确率及输血不良反应反馈率情况.结果 病历管理组的综合完善率、用血审批率得到显著提高,与病历未管理组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=58.17,904.80;P<0.05).资料管理组的输血申请单合格率、标本正确率、输血不良反应反馈率均高于资料未管理组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(x2=2 053.28,8.74,408.28;P<0.05).结论 应用输血管理系统,可有效提高终末病历质量,确保执行用血审批程序,提高输血申请合格水平,实现对临床用血的全面监管,搭建信息平台,从而促进科学、合理用血.Objective To investigate the effect of blood transfusion management system in clinical applications,and to improve efficiency and protect the safety of blood transfusion.Methods From June 2012 to June 2013,a total of 7 213 blood terminal medical records which collected by medical records department and 22 392 transfusion data which collected by blood bank in Binzhou Medical University Hospital were included in this study.According to before and after the application of transfusion management system in June 2012,the data of medical record were divided into record-non management group (n=2 461) and record-management group (n=4 752).Meanwhile,the data of blood transfusion in blood bank were divided into data-non management group (n =9 960) and data management group (n =12 432).Comprehensive improvement rate,blood approval rate and transfusion consent signed rate in medical record; and requisition pass rate,specimen correct rate,crossmatch error rate,accurate rate of blood check and adverse transfusion reactions feedback rate in blood data were compared before and after the application of transfusion management system,respectively.Results After use of the blood transfusion management system,the comprehensive improvement rate and blood approval rate were significantly improved,compared with the data before this system using,the differences were statistically significant (x2 =58.17,904.80; P〈0.05).Requisition pass rate,specimens correct rate,blood transfusion adverse feedback rate in data-management group were higher than the data-non management group,the differences in these two groups had statistically significant (x2 =2 053.28,8.74,408.28; P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Application of transfusion management system could effectively improve the quality of terminal medical records,ensure the implementation of blood approval procedures,improve blood transfusion apply acceptable level,achieve comprehensive monitoring of blood clinical use,build information platform,and promote scientific and rational
