农民学习能力对生产经营绩效的影响——基于山东省大蒜主产区272个农户调查数据的实证研究

摘　　要：利用2012年8月对我国大蒜主产区山东省金乡县272个农民入户的调查数据,通过结构方程模型(SEM)分析,探讨了我国大蒜主产区农民的学习能力对生产经营绩效的影响。研究结果表明,农民的学习能力对生产经营绩效产生了极显著的正向影响,但这种影响不是直接发生的,需要通过农民市场导向、创新意识的传导,学习能力可以间接影响农民的生产经营绩效,农民的学习能力越强,其市场导向程度就越高,创新意识就越强,其经营绩效也就越理想,农民的学习能力每增加一个单位,最终能够提高生产经营20.48%的绩效。政府在关注农民市场导向程度和创新意识的时候,应该更多关注农民的学习能力培养,通过提供一些关于消费者需求、市场价格和新品种新技术等信息指导或者技能培训给农民,通过提高市场导向程度和创新精神来提高其生产经营绩效。Based on the survey data of 272 farmers in the major garlic-producing areas of Jinxiang County,Shan-dong province. This paper discussed the effects of farmers＇learning ability on its production performance by usingthe structural equation modeling. The result showed that the farmers＇learning ability has significantly positive in-fluence on their performance. However this effect does not directly occur,but indirectly takes place by market-orientation and the conduction of innovative awareness. Farmers＇learning ability indirectly affectsthe production performance;to be specific,the stronger the farmers＇learning ability,the higher the degree of mar-ket orientation and the stronger the innovation spirit,the better the performance. Each additional unit of farmers＇learning ability may eventually increase the performance by 20.48%. When the government is taking the farmers＇market-orientation and innovation into consideration,what should be paid more attention to is improving farmers＇learning ability by providing some guidance on consumer demand,market prices,and new varieties and technolo-gies and other in-service information or skills training and upgrading their production performance through in-creasing the degree of market-orientation and innovation.
