摘 要:目的探讨健康教育路径在肝硬化家庭照顾者中的应用效果。方法将120例肝硬化患者随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),每位患者选出一名主要照顾者为代表。对观察组的照顾者采用健康教育路径进行教育,对照组照顾者采用常规教育方法。比较两组照顾者对肝硬化患者照顾知识的掌握情况、患者并发症的发生率和对健康教育工作的满意度。结果观察组在相关疾病知识的掌握率、患者并发症的发生率和满意度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论通过健康教育路径对肝硬化家庭照顾者进行教育效果良好,降低了并发症的发生率,提高了患者及家属的满意度。Objective To explore effectiveness of the heath education clinical path on family caregivers of liver cirrhosis patients. Methods 120 patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each patient selects one family caregiver, 60 caregivers in test group accepted health education through clinical path and 60 caregivers who were given routines only respectively, both of them were investigated after intervention respectively by completing personal documents and adopting Cirrhosis Knowledge Test Scale.Compare complications rate of two groups and patients satisfaction. Results The score of knowledge test, complications rate and patients satisfaction in observation group were superior than that in control group. change between the two groups was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Heath education clinical path is proved to increase the health education results of caregivers, decrease complications related to liver cirrhosis and raise patients satisfaction.
