摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病变局限于结直肠黏膜及黏膜下组织的慢性弥漫性炎症,疾病通常先累及直肠,逐渐蔓延至全结肠。根据UC的病变范围及严重程度不同,采取的治疗方案也不甚相同。但长期以来受传统理念及治疗方法的局限,大多数医生过分注重内科药物治疗,以及患者对手术治疗存在畏惧心理导致依从性较低,从而忽视了手术治疗的这一重要途径,影响了治疗该病的整体水平,使部分患者预后不佳。治愈UC的关键需要我们转变理念、掌握时机、采取合适的外科术式、完善手术护理及避免和减少术后并发症。现就以上各因素作一综述。Ulcerative colitis（UC） is a kind of chronic diffuse inflammation,happened in colorectal mucosa and submucosal tissue,which usually affects rectal first,and gradually spreads to the whole colon. Depending on the scope and extent of the lesions,the treatment are different.But for a long time by the limitations of traditional concept and treatment,the majority of doctors overemphasize on internal medicine therapy,and patients＇ fear of surgery leads to lower adherence,which makes people ignore the important way-surgical treatment,and seriously influence the overall level of the treatment of the disease,leading to poor prognosis of partial patients. The key to cure UC needs us to change ideas,grasp the operation time,take appropriate surgical procedure,improve the surgical nursing,avoid and reduce the complications.In this paper,I give a summary of the above factors.
