摘  要:目的:探讨GPH基因技术在治疗非淋等泌尿生殖感染中的临床效果。方法选择2012年8月~2013年10月哈尔滨市223例性病就诊者进行治疗,其中非淋菌性尿道炎91例,淋病64例,尖锐湿疣38列,生殖器疱疹,24例,软下疳6例,均有非婚性接触史。结果经过长达4~6个月的跟踪随访,治愈率为98.21%。结论GPH基因技术在治疗非淋等泌尿生殖感染方面取得了显著效果,充分显示出GPH基因技术所具有的疗效显著、治疗安全、不易复发的突出优势。Objective To explore the clinical effect of GPH gene technology in the treatment of urogenital infections such as non-gonococcal urethritis. Methods 223 patients with sexually transmitted diseases who were treated in Harbin from August 2012 to October 2013 were selected, among whom 91 patients were diagnosed as non-gonococcal urethritis,64 gonorrhea,38 condyloma acuminatum,24 genital herpes and 6 chancroid.They all had unmarried sexual contact. Results The recovery rate was 98.21% during follow-ups up to 4-6 months. Conclusion The GPH gene technology achieves significant effect in the treatment of urogenital infections such as non-gonococcal urethritis,which proves its outstanding advantages of significant curative effect,safe treatment and being uneasy to relapse.
