会阴切口预防性应用抗菌药物的依从性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析阴道分娩产妇对会阴切口预防性应用抗菌药物的依从性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物预防感染提供理论依据。方法对2010年1月-2012年8月医院收治的2 000例阴道分娩有会阴切口的产妇进行问卷调查,调查内容为产后应用抗菌药物的依从性,所有数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2 000例阴道分娩产妇使用抗菌药物依从率84.3%,用药费用、住院费用依从率分别为80.0%、84.0%;使用头孢类抗菌药物、抗菌药物口服途径及抗菌药物使用2d的产妇分布率分别为71.3%、62.9%、53.1%。结论医院多数阴道分娩产妇对会阴切口预防性应用抗菌药物的依从性存在误区,增加了较多不必要的医疗费用,缺乏对合理使用抗菌药物预防感染的正确认识,需要加强宣传教育与用药护理,进一步纠正盲目使用抗菌药物预防感染的错误行为。OBJECTIVE To investigate the compliance of preventive application of antibiotics for spontaneous vaginal delivery puerperae with perineal incisions ,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinically rational use of antibiotics to prevent infections .METHODS A total of 2 ,000 cases of vaginal delivery puerperae with perineal incision ,who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2010 to Aug 2012 , were given questionnaire survey to investigate the compliance of postpartum application of antibiotics ;SPSS13 .0 software was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS Among the 2 ,000 cases of spontaneous vaginal delivery puerperae ,the compliance rate of using antibiotics was 84 .3% ;the compliance rate of drug use costs and hospitalization costs was 80 .0% and 84 .0% respectively .The distribution rate of puerperae using cephalosporins was 71 .3% ,puerperae accepting oral administration of antibiotics and using drugs for 2d was 62 .9% and 53 .1% respectively .CONCLUSIONS There exists misunderstanding of the compliance of preventive application of antibiotics in perineal incisions for most spontaneous vaginal delivery puerperae in the hospital ,leading to the rise of more unnecessary medical costs . Because of lacking a correct awareness to rational use of antibiotics to prevent infections , it′s necessary to strengthen the publicity ,education and medication nursing ,further rectify the error behavior of blind use of antibiotics to prevent infections .
