产褥感染的相关因素分析及预防措施

摘　　要：目的分析研究产褥感染的相关影响因素及预防措施,以达到有效控制产褥感染及促进康复的目的。方法选取2008年5月-2013年4月于医院生产的16 001例产妇为研究对象,统计产褥感染率,分析感染情况,将其中不同生产方式及是否伴有妊娠期并发症、胎膜早破、产前贫血、产后出血及孕期阴道炎产妇的感染率进行比较,所有数据采用SAS8.0软件进行统计分析。结果 16 001例产妇共发生产褥感染62例,感染率为0.39%,其中局部感染33例占53.23%,高于其他部位感染发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);剖宫产、有妊娠期并发症、胎膜早破、产前贫血、产后出血、孕期有阴道炎者的感染率为0.96%、3.91%、4.88%、1.56%、9.80%、4.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其与发生产褥感染具有相关性。结论剖宫产、妊娠期并发症、胎膜早破、产前贫血、产后出血、孕期阴道炎是产褥感染的相关影响因素,可针对上述因素制定预防性措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze and study the preventive measures and related factors of puerperal infections ,so as to achieve the goals of controlling the puerperal infections and promoting the rehabilitation .METHODS A total of 16001 puerperas delivery in our hospital from May 2008 to Apr .2013 were selected as research subjects ,then the puerperal infection rate was analyzed ,and the infection distribution situation was analyzed and compared ,then the rate of puerperal infections of puerperas with different production methods and with or without pregnancy complications ,premature rupture of membranes ,prenatal anemia ,postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy vaginitis were compared .All data were analyzed by SAS8 .0 software .RESULTS A total of 62 cases of 16001 puerperants were with puerperal infections ,accounting for 0 .39% ,33 cases were with local infections ,accounting for 53 .23% , which was higher than that of other infections ,and the difference was significant （ P〈 0 .05 ） . The rate of puerperants with caesarean section ,pregnancy complications ,premature rupture of membranes ,prenatal anemia , postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy vaginitis were 0 .96% ,3 .91% ,4 .88% ,1 .56% ,9 .80% and 4 .67% ,and the difference was significant （ P〈 0 .05 ） which meaned these factors related to the incidence of puerperal infections .CONCLUSIONS The puerperants with caesarean section ,pregnancy complications ,premature rupture of membranes ,prenatal anemia ,postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy vaginitis are the related factors of puerperal infections ,and the prevention measures should be made according to those factors .
