临床护士针刺伤监测结果分析与对策

摘　　要：目的了解临床护理人员针刺伤发生情况,分析造成针刺伤的原因,为临床护理人员预防针刺伤提供参考,以降低针刺伤的发生。方法通过监测上报方式,对2010年1月-2013年12月发生针刺伤的护理人员年资、发生针刺伤的主要操作环节、发生针刺伤的主要时间段以及针刺伤中血源性传播疾病分布等数据,录入EXCEL数据库,进行统计分析。结果发生针刺伤的73例临床护理人员中,实习护士及入职第1年的临床护士占56.16%;回套使用后的针帽发生针刺伤占63.01%,其中实习和低年资护士占88.64%;拔除输液针头后针刺伤占24.66%;涉及血源性病原体血清学检测阳性的针刺伤占69.86%。结论实习护士及低年资护士针刺伤风险高,操作不规范、工作量大等是高危因素,加强临床护士职业防护教育,提高临床护士针刺伤害的防护意识,规范护理操作,合理配置护理人力资源,可以降低针刺伤害。OBJECTIVE To understand pricking wound of clinical nurses ,analyze the causes of pricking wound , provide the reference for clinical nursing staff so as to reduce the occurrence of pricking wound .METHODS M ET HODS By means of monitoring and reporting , the data of clinical nursing personnel seniority of pricking wound happening from Jan .2010 to Dec .2013 ,the main procedures and the main time of pricking wound happening ,and blood-borne diseases distribution caused by pricking wound were entered into Excelldatabase for analysis .RESULTS A total of 73 clinical nurses were wounded by needle including practice nurses and the first year on-job nurses accounting for 56 .16% . Pricking wound happened when back capping the used needle accounted for 63 .01% ,among which the occurrence rate of practice nurses and low seniority nurses accounted for 88 .64% .Pricking wound happened when taking off infusion needle accounted for 24 .66% .Positive serological detection of blood-borne pathogens for pricking wound accounted for 69 .86% .CONCLUSIONS Risk of pricking wound happen in practice nurses and low seniority nurses is high because of lack of standard operation and large amount of work .In order to reduce pricking wound the occupational protection education should be strengthened , the protection awareness of clinical nurses should be enhanced and nursing staff resources should be rationaly allocated .
