摘  要:目的建立医疗耗材库房的标准化管理,从术前环节有效预防医院感染。方法通过建立耗材库房的标准化管理,建立耗材全寿命周期管理理念,严格落实耗材准入制度,实施最低库存管理,坚持库房巡检制度,确保存储环境安全,严格执行耗材出库核查、出库回收和不良事故报告制度,加强和提高耗材管理人员水平。结果医疗耗材的库房管理质量得到规范和提高,有效防范手术术前耗材库房阶段的感染。结论实施耗材库房标准化管理对控制医院感染有重要作用。OBJECTIVE To establish the standardized management of medical supplies so as to effectively prevent the nosocomial infections induced by the preoperative procedures .METHODS The cultivated life cycle management idea was formed through the establishment of standardized management of medical supplies ;the strict access system of the medical supplies was implemented , the minimum inventory management was carried out , the security inspection system was adhered to ensure the safety of storage environment ;the medical supplies verification and recovery system and the accident reporting system were strictly implemented to improve the level of the management of medical supplies .RESULTS The quality of the management of the medical supplies has been improved , and the infections induced by the preoperative procedures have been effectively prevented . CONCLUSION The implementation of standardized management of the medical supplies plays an important role in the control of the nosocomial infections .
