摘  要:通过正交试验研究了铁水预处理条件下复合脱硫剂中铝热法生成Mg的影响因素。分析了铝、发热剂中Fe2O3和熔点调节剂对轻烧白云石中MgO还原率的影响。研究结果表明,铝和熔点调节剂SiO2,Al2O3对轻烧白云石中MgO还原率的影响较大,Fe2O3次之。通过回归分析获得了各因素和MgO还原率之间的关系式,并对关系式进行了分析。还原剂Al与MgO还原率保持良好的线性关系,当SiO2,Al2O3和Fe2O3分别为0.5mol,0.4mol和0.4mol时,MgO还原率分别达到最大值58.09%,52.19%和55.5%。he influencing factors of generating magnesium using aluminothermy underthe condition of hot metal pretreatment were studied by orthogonal test. The influenceof Al, Fe2 O3 in heating agent and melting point conditioning agents on MgO reductionrate in caustic calcined dolomite were analyzed. The results showed that Al and meltingpoint conditioning agents SiO2, Al2O3 were the most influential factors, Fe2O3 took thesecond place. Relation between various factors and MgO reduction rate was obtained byregression analysis and then analyzed in detail. The relation between reductant Al andMgO reduction rate was in good linear relation. When the addition amount of SiO2,Al2O3 and Fe203 were 0. 5 mol, 0.4 mol and 0.4 mol, The corresponding MgOreduction rate reached the maximum 58.09 %, 52.19 % and 55.5 % respectively.
