摘　　要：目的评价MSCT在支气管异物诊断中的临床价值。方法 43例疑为支气管异物的患者行MSCT检查,同时行硬管支气管镜手术,分析MSCT对气管、支气管异物的诊断准确性。结果 2例为假阳性(为较高密度痰液),其余4例位于气管至气管分叉,14例位于左主支气管,20例位于右主支气管,3例位于主支气管以远。结论 MSCT较准确地诊断支气管异物,可作为临床疑为支气管异物的术前常规检查。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in diagnosing tracheobronchi-al foreign bodies .Methods 43 patients suspected of having tracheobronchial foreign bodies were examined with MSCT and 3D reconstruction .Images by MSCT and those under the stiff bronchoscope were compared to analyze the value of MSCT .Results All 43 patients gained clear images .2 showed false positive images （which were turned to be thick spu-tum） .Foreign bodies located at trachea ,4 in tracheal bifurcation 14 at left bronchia 20 out at right bronchia 3 at distal main bronchus .Conclusion MSCT and imaging retro-processing techniques are valuable in the diagnosis of tracheobron-chial foreign bodies .For the patients suspected of having tracheobronchial foreign bodies ,MSCT can be as a routine pre-operative examination .
