摘  要:目的探讨1.5T磁共振引导下经皮兔肝脏血管旁VX2肿瘤模型的制作。方法新西兰大白兔13只,在1.5T磁共振引导下经皮穿刺将VX2肿瘤组织块种植于兔肝大血管旁,接种后2周行磁共振扫描。结果 11只兔肝肿瘤均种植成功,其中1只出现针道种植,均无胸腹腔积液等并发症出现。结论磁共振引导下兔肝血管旁肿瘤种植是一种微创、有效的造模方法。Objective To discuss the method of establishing the rabbit model bearing VX2 tumor near blood vessel in liv-er under the guidance of MRI .Methods Under the guidance of 1 .5 T MRI ,the VX2 tumor was implanted near the large blood vessel in liver of thirteen New Zealand white rabbits by percutaneous puncture .The liver examination of MRI was performed 2 weeks after the implantation .Results All of the VX2 liver tumor of rabbits were established successfully with one of them appearing metastases along the needle track .No hydrothorax and ascites were found .Conclusion The implanting VX2 tumor near blood vessel in rabbit liver under the guidance of MRI is a minimally invasive and effective modeling method .
