周围动脉病变程度与血清胱抑素C水平相关分析

摘　　要：目的研究周围动脉病变(peripheral arterial disease,PAD)程度与血清胱抑素C(serum cystatin C,Cys C)水平的相关性。方法回顾性分析142例拟诊周围动脉病变而行血管超声检查患者的临床资料,以周围动脉斑块数目对病变程度进行定量评估,分析PAD病变程度与血清Cys C水平及其他危险因素的相关关系。结果 PAD患者血清Cys C水平较对照组升高(P<0.05),并随着病变程度加重进一步升高。PAD病变程度与血清Cys C水平呈直线相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,PAD病变程度与年龄、周围动脉内-中膜厚度、血清Cys C水平、性别相关(P<0.05)。结论 PAD病变程度与血清Cys C水平有一定的相关性,血清Cys C水平与可作为预测PAD病变程度的参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum cystatin C（ Cys C） levels with the severity of peripheral arterial disease（ PAD）. Methods One hundred and forty tw o patients w ith suspected PAD w ere enrolled in the study. The peripheral arterial plaques w ere assessed by ultrasonography and serum Cys C levels w ere measured. Results The serum Cys C levels in PAD patients w ere higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）; and further increased w ith the severity of lesions in PAD patients（ P〈0. 05）. The severity of PAD w as linearly correlated w ith the levels of serum Cys C,age,male sex and MIT（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Serum Cys C level is correlated w ith PAD severity,and may be used as an indicator for the severity of peripheral arterial disease.
