踝臂指数对糖尿病合并外周动脉疾病诊断价值的meta分析

摘　　要：目的采用meta分析的方法综合评价踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)对糖尿病合并外周动脉疾病的诊断价值。方法通过检索Pub med、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知识资源总库和中文科技期刊数据库,获得有关ABI、多普勒诊断DM患者PAD的文献,提取相关数据,采用meta-Disc软件进行分析。结果本研究共纳入8篇文献,meta分析显示综合灵敏度为0.85,综合特异度为0.94,综合阳性似然比为9.24,综合阴性似然比为0.21,综合诊断比值比为68.17,综合ROC曲线下面积为0.971 3,Q*值为0.921 9。结论应用踝臂指数筛查糖尿病合并外周动脉疾病时,具有良好的诊断价值,有一定的临床应用前景。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of ankle-brachial index（ ABI） for diabetic patients w ith peripheral arterial disease through meta-analysis. Methods The databases of Pub med, Web of Science,Chinese Biology Medicine disc,CNKI and VIP database w ere used to search studies of ABI in diagnosis of diabetic patients w ith peripheral arterial disease. Analysis w as undertaken using meta-analysis softw are. Results A total of 8 articles w ere included in this study. Results of metaanalysis show ed that the pooled SEN,SPE,＋ LR,- LR,DOR,SROC（ AUC）,and Q＊index w ere 0. 85,0. 94,9. 24,0. 21,68. 17,0. 971 3,0. 921 9,respectively. Conclusion ABI can be used for diagnosis of diabetic patients w ith peripheral arterial disease w ith a satisfactory accuracy.
