葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征15例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(staphylococca scalded skin Syndrome,SSSS)的临床表现及治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院15例SSSS患儿的临床资料。结果:15例患儿均有皮肤泛发性红斑、烫伤样皮损、皮肤触痛,12例有感染诱因。外周血白细胞升高9例,皮损细菌培养出金黄色葡萄球菌5例。所有患儿经使用抗生素和糖皮质激素治疗均痊愈出院。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌感染可为SSSS的发病诱因,使用抗生素和糖皮质激素可取得良好疗效。Objective： To analyze the clinical profiles and treatment of staphylococca scalded skin syn-drome （ SSSS） . Methods： The clinical profiles of 15 patients with SSSS in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results：12 cases had infections cause. Macular erythema,scalded skin lesions and cutaneous ten-derness were seen in all the patients. The onset of the disease was initiated by infections in 12 cases. White blood cells increased in 9 cases. Staphylococcus aureus （ by a means of culture） was isolated from skin lesions in 5 patients. All the patients were cured and discharged from our hospital after treatment with proper antibiot-ics and steroids. Conclusion：Staphylococcus aureus infection can be one of the predisposing factors in SSSS. Combination of proper antibiotics with steroids is effective in the treatment of SSSS.
