摘　　要：报道1例红色毛癣茵引起的股癣合并龟头癣。患者男,16岁。因双侧腹股沟及龟头红斑、鳞屑伴痒2周就诊。经真菌培养确诊为红色毛癣茵感染所致的股癣合并龟头癣,予伊曲康唑口服及联苯苄唑乳膏外用治疗2周后痊愈。We report a case of Trichophyton rubrum-induced tinea cruris complicated with tinea of the glans penis. A 16-year-old boy presented with erythema and scale with itching in his glans penis and bilater-al groin for two weeks. Tinea cruris complicated with tinea of the glans penis caused by trichophyton rubrum was diagnosed by fungal examination. The lesions were cured after oral itraconazole combined with topical bi-fonazole cream for 2 weeks.
