摘 要:为分析发动机采用双火花塞点火模式降低燃烧循环变动率的特性,利用单缸汽油机进行了4种不同单/双火花塞点火策略下的燃烧诊断。测试数据表明,双火花塞点火策略可有效促进缸内燃烧过程,缩短燃烧持续期,其最大压力和平均指示压力(Indicated Mean Effective Pressure,IMEP)循环变动率均降低,尤其是在低负荷工况时降低效果更明显。测试数据的分析表明,缸内最大压力与燃烧持续期的循环变动呈现强相关特征,而快速燃烧前期和快速燃烧后期的循环变动是造成燃烧持续期循环变动的主要因素;当采用双火花塞点火时,其快速燃烧前期和快速燃烧后期的循环变动率均显著降低,尤其是快速燃烧前期循环变动率降幅最大,是发动机燃烧持续期循环变动率降低的主要原因。Combustion diagnosis under four different kinds of ignition control strategies was carried out on an experimental single cylinder engine, which was used to analyze the characteristics of combustion cyclic variation reduction for gasoline engine with dual spark plug. Test results show that the dual spark plug ignition can effectively promote the combustion process, shorten the combustion duration and reduce the cyclic variations of maximum pressure and IMEP. Especially under lower loads, the eff'ects are more pronounced. Data analysis reveals that better interdependency presents between maximum pressure and the cyclic variation of combustion duration. Moreover, cyclic variation of combustion duration is mainly resulted from the cyclic variations in the earlier and later stage of rapid combustion. By adopting dual spark plug ignition, the cyclic variations during earlier and later stage of rapid combustion are significantly reduced, particularly for the variation during the earlier stage, which is the main reason to reduce the cyclic variation of combustion duration.
