摘  要:目的:探讨营养膳食干预对老年骨折术后病人疗效的影响。方法:选取83例老年骨折择期手术的病人随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组病人实施常规饮食,试验组在实施常规饮食的基础上给予营养膳食干预,并分别于入院时、术后2周检测血清清蛋白水平,同时术后2周评估病人的切口愈合情况。结果:试验组病人手术前后血清清蛋白水平差值和切口愈合情况均好于对照组,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:老年骨折术后病人实施营养膳食干预,可提高血清清蛋白水平,增强机体抵抗力,促进切口愈合。Objective:To evaluate effectiveness of nutritional and dietary intervention on elderly fracture post-operation patients.Methods:83 cases of elderly fracture post-operation patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received regular diet,and the experimental group received nutritional and dietary intervention based on regular diet.The serum albumin was measured in the time of admission and 2 weeks after operation,and wound healing was assessed 2 weeks after operation.Results:There were a statistically significant differences in serum albumin and wound healing between control group and experimental group (P 〈 0.01).Conclusion:Nutritional and dietary intervention can raise the serum albumin,enhance the immunity and promote the wound healing in the eldly postoperative patients with fracture.
