摘　　要：目的利用99 Tcm-聚合白蛋白(MAA)对家兔下腔静脉血栓模型显像,观察99 Tcm-MAA显像诊断静脉血栓的准确性。方法将20只新西兰家兔分为血栓组(15只)与对照组(5只)。血栓组通过手术建立下腔静脉血栓模型,对照组行假手术,术后1天经右下肢静脉注射99 Tcm-MAA进行显像。对血栓组显像阳性实验兔计算血栓部位/本底(T/B)放射性计数比值,对照组计算与血栓组血栓对应下腔静脉部位/本底(T/B)放射性计数比值。显像毕处死动物,取血栓行病理检查。结果血栓组造模成功13只,8只显像阳性,血栓部位呈放射性浓聚影,5只血栓未显影,准确率61.54%(8/13)。对照组5只实验兔下腔静脉未见浓聚。血栓组显像阳性8只实验兔T/B放射性计数比值(4.06±0.49),高于对照组对应下腔静脉部位T/B放射性计数比值(2.27±0.24),差异有统计学意义(t=5.629,P<0.05)。病理学检查显示血栓组均见下腔静脉内新鲜混合血栓。结论 99 Tcm-MAA显像可用于观察家兔下腔静脉血栓模型,但显像准确率较低。Objective To observe the accuracy of ^99Tcm macroaggregated albumin （^99 Tem-MAA） seintigraphy of venous thrombus in rabbit models. Methods Twenty New Zealand rabbits were divided into thrombus group （n= 15） and control group （n=5）. Inferior vena cava （IVC） thrombus models were established in thrombus group with open surgical operation, while sham operation was performed in control group. Images were obtained after ^99 Tcm-MAA injection via the right low extremity vein. The ratio of thrombus to background in the thrombus group was calculated, while in control group the ratio of corresponding area of thrombus to background was calculated. Paraffin slices of thrombus were stained with Hematoxylin-eosin （HE）. Results IVC thrombus models were successfully established in 13 rabbits of thrombus group. ^99Tcm- MAA uptake in thrombi were clearly visualized in 8 rabbits, while negative results were obtained in 5 rabbit models in thrombus group. All rabbits of control group also showed negative images. The thrombus to background ratio （4.06 ± 0. 49） in thrombus group were higher than the corresponding area of the thrombus to background ratio （2.27 ± 0.24） in control group （t=5. 629, P〈0.05）. All IVC thrombi of thrombus group were confirmed fresh mixed thrombi by Hema- toxylin-eosin stains. Conclusion The venous thrombus could be imaged by ^99Tcm-MAA scintigraphy in rabbit IVC thrombus models, but the accuracy was relatively low.
