整骨接骨药丸治疗骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察整骨接骨药丸治疗骨折的临床效果。方法:骨折患者260例,随机分为治疗组(接骨药丸组)、对照组(伤科接骨片组)各130例,2组病例均配合手术内固定治疗,分别于第3、6、12天进行消肿情况计分;记录治疗组与对照组疼痛消失天数;术后第14天、第21天、第40天X线观察骨痂情况;第3、10、21、40天抽血检测血钙血磷浓度;骨折后第1、3、5、7周测量骨密度。结果:①消肿:服药第3、12天比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第6天比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②主观疼痛时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③骨痂生长:第14、21、40天骨痂测定,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);④血钙血磷浓度:第10、21天治疗组比对照组明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑤骨密度:治疗组在第3、5、7周骨折部位骨密度与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整骨接骨药丸在骨痂生长、提高血钙、磷浓度、增加骨密度等促进骨折愈合方面具有显著优势。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenggu Jiegu pill in treating fracture. Methods： All 260 patients who have fractures were divided into two groups： 130 patients in experimental group were treated with Zhenggu Jiegu pill and the other 130 patients in control group were treated with Shangke Jiegu pill. The treatment of both groups was combined with surgery. The swelling condition was recorded on the 3rd, the 6th and the 12th day respectively. The days that the patients＇ pain disappeared in two groups were marked. The condition of callus was observed under X-ray on the 14th, the 21st and the 40th day after the surgery. The level of serum calcium and serum phosphonium was detected on the 3rd, the 10th, the 21st and the 40th day. Bone mineral density was measured in the 1st, the 3rd, the 5th and the 7th week. Resuits：Between two groups, the differences of detumescence on the 3rd and the 12th day were no statistically significant （P〉0.05）, while, the difference was statistically significant on the 6th day （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in time of subjective pain between two groups （P〈0.05）. On the 14th, the 21st and the 40th day, significant difference was found in callus of both groups （P〈0.05）. The level of serum calcium and serum phosphornium were increased significantly in experimental group compared with control group on the 10th and the 21st day （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between two groups in the 3rd, the 5th and the 7th week in bone mineral density in fracture site （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhenggu Jiegu pill has huge advantage in promoting fracture healing, such as speeding up the growth of callus, increasing the level of serum calcium and serum phosphonium and bone mineral density.
