摘  要:目的:观察医用臭氧联合中药薰洗治疗膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征的疗效。方法:按照随机数字表,将60例滑膜皱襞综合征患者随机分为对照组、治疗组各30例,分别采用依托芬那酯凝胶外涂法和医用臭氧联合中药薰洗法。于治疗前、治疗结束后1周采用疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分标准进行评定,并通过检测治疗前、治疗结束后1周关节液中白介素-1(IL-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量进行实验室指标评估。结果:(1)与治疗前比较,治疗后两组VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节评分及IL-1、TNF-α数值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,治疗组与对照组VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节评分及IL-1、TNF-α数值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医用臭氧联合中药薰洗治疗滑膜皱襞综合征疗效显著,操作简便,是一种值得临床推广的治疗方案。Objective.. To observe the clinical curative effects of chinese fumigation and medical ozone. Methods:According to random number table,sixty patients met the criteria were randomly divided equally into control group (treated with the Etofenamate gel external application)and treatment group( treated with fumigation and medical ozone). Visual analogue scale,Lysholm knee score system were used to estiminate the curative effects before and one week after treatment ,and the synovial fluid of interleukin -1 (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) wered used to evaluate the laboratory value before and one week after treatment . Results: (1)Compared with before treatment, the differences by Lysholm knee score, visual analogue scale ( VAS ) and IL-1, TNF-α value after treatment in two groups were statistically significant (P〈0. 05) ;(2)Compared with the control group, the difference in the treatment group was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion:Chinese fumigation combined with medical ozone shows obvious curative effect. It is worth wide spreading in clinical practice.
