摘　　要：目的：观察、总结原位再生医疗技术（ MEBT/MEBO）治疗大面积颅骨外露创面的临床疗效。方法对16例大面积颅骨外露患者创面全程应用原位再生医疗技术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果16例患者创面全部愈合，愈合时间为26～91 d，愈后创面无畸形及明显瘢痕，功能恢复良好。结论原位再生医疗技术治疗大面积颅骨外露创面，疗效显著，方法简便，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and summarize the clinical curative efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treatment of wounds with extensive skull exposure. Method Sixteen patients with extensive skull exposure wounds received full course of MEBT/MEBO treatment, and the therapeutical efficacy was observed. Result All wounds of the 16 patients healed with-in 26 to 91 days, leaving no malformations or obvious scars and achieving satisfactory recovery of functions. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is effective and easy to operate in treatment of wounds with extensive skull exposure, being worthy of being promoted clinically.
