摘  要:目的 探讨糖尿病患者早期F -ERG、OPs和P -VEP的改变情况。方法 本实验分三组 :①观察A组 :单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)患者 2 2例 (44只眼 ) ;②观察B组 :无DR的糖尿病患者 42例 (84只眼 ) ;③对照组 :正常受检查 32例 (64只眼 )。所有受检者均常规检测瞬态F -ERG、OPs和P -VEP ,记录各项检测指标。结果 与正常组比较 :①观察A组 :用F -ERG、OPs和P -VEP检测均发现有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5) ;②观察B组 :用F -ERG检测未发现有显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,用OPs检测发现第 1、2子波波幅明显降低 (P <0 .0 5) ,各子波的潜伏期明显延长 (P <0 .0 5)。用P -VEP检测发现P1 0 0潜伏期延长 (P <0 .0 5)、波幅降低 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 用OPs和P -VEP联合检测 ,可以早期发现糖尿病对视网膜的损害。Objective To study the changes of flighter electroretinogram (F-ERG), oscillatory potentials (Ops) and pattern visual evoked potential (P-VEP) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Three groups were involved in the study. They were Observation Group A including 22 patients (44 eyes) with pure diabetes retinopathy, Observation Group B including 42 diabetic patients (84 eyes) without diabetic retinopathy, and 32 normal subjects as control group. All the subjects received tests by F-ERG, Ops and P-VEP and all the testing indexes were recorded.Results In contrast with the normal group, Group A showed significant difference (P<0.05) when tested by F-ERG, Ops and P-VEP. Between normal group and Group B, F-ERG test revealed no significant difference (P>0.05); OPs test showed that amplitude of OP1 and OP2 were obviously reduced (P<0.05) and the latency of all the OPs was prolonged (P<0.05), whileP-VEP test indicated that the latency of P100 was prolonged and its amplitude was reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined examination by OPs and P-VEP can find diabetic damage to retina in the early period.
