摘  要:为研究SSR分子标记辅助提纯选育棉花新品种的可行性,本研究利用SSR分子标记对402系×33系杂交获得的F5高代材料进行分子标记辅助提纯选育分析,并通过前期已筛选的亲本具有多态性的4对SSR分子标记对F5群体、常规提纯选育F6(CKF6)群体及分子标记辅助提纯后F6(MASF6)群体进行遗传分析。结果表明:F5群体遗传相似系数在0.28~1.0之间,纯度为47%;CKF6群体遗传相似系数在0.57~1.0之间,纯度为58.75%,而MASF6群体带型完全一致;在农艺性状相同的情况下,利用SSR分子标记筛选的MASF6相对于CKFs在这些位点的纯合度提高了1.7倍。研究结果说明利用分子标记辅助提纯选育棉花是一项有效可行的方法。To validate the feasibility of purified selection of cotton lines using SSR markers, F5 progeny lines sourced from 402×33 hybrid were used as materials, and four polymorphic SSR molecular markers were utilized. The purity rates ofF5 lines and F6 lines selected by conventional approaches (CKF6) and molecular marker-assisted selection methods (MASF6) were analyzed. The results showed that the coefficient of F5 lines ranged between 0.28 and 1.0, the purity rate was 47%. The coefficient of CKF6 lines ranged between 0.57 and 1.0 and the purity rate was 58.75%. The purity rate released by banding patterns of SSR amplicons in MASF6 lines were 1.0. The purity rate of MASF6 lines were 1.7 fold higher than the purity rate of CKF6 lines, with no difference in agronomic performance. Purified selection of cotton lines by molecular marker is an efficient and feasible method.
