摘  要:目的采用气相色谱-质谱联用法,对四川省中江县产藿香不同部位挥发油的化学成分进行分析鉴定。方法采用HP-5MS(5%Phenyl Methyl Silox,30m×250Ixm×0.25μm)毛细管气相色谱柱,以萘为内标,初始温度60℃,保持3min;以4℃/min速率升至150℃;再以10℃/min速率升至260℃,保持10min。结果不同部位藿香挥发油化学成分相似,其中胡薄荷酮和薄荷酮含有量较高;胡薄荷酮在0.04575~3.66mg/mL之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率为99.6%,RSD为2.6%(n=6)。结论结合文献推测四川产藿香挥发油应以薄荷酮类为主。AIM To analyze the chemical constituents and contents of volatile oil in Agastache rugosa collected from Zhongjiang County, Sichuan Province, by GC-MS. METHODS An HP-5MS (5% Phenyl Methyl Silox, 30 m ×250μm ×0. 25μm) capillary column was used with naphthaleneas as internal standard, the temperature was initial at 60 ℃, kept for 3 minutes, rised at heating rate of 4 ℃/min to 150 ℃, then gradually at heating rate of 10 ℃/min up to 260 ℃, kept for 10 minutes. RESULTS The volatile oil compositions of Agastache rugosa in different parts (stem, leaf, flower and herbs) were similar, the major components of volatile oil were pulegone and menthone. There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 045 75 ~ 3.66 mg/mL , r = 0. 999 9. The mean recovery of the pulegone was 99. 6% , RSD = 2. 6% (n = 6). CONCLUSION Based on literature data, it is prob- able that pulegone ranks first in the volatile oil extracted from A. rugosahis in Sichuan Province.
