摘  要:目的测定安徽、广西、湖南、河南、河北、浙江、四川、贵州、江西、湖北省和广西产葛根中重金属,建立控制葛根药材和饮片中重金属限量检测方法。方法通过微波消解进行样品处理电感耦合等离子质谱法,测定20批葛根药材中Cr、Ni、As、Cd、Pb、Hg的量。结果葛根中重金属平均含有量Cr(3.28 mg/kg)、Ni(1.83 mg/kg)、As(0.31 mg/kg)、Cd(0.23 mg/kg)、Pb(1.85 mg/kg)、Hg(0.07 mg/kg)。不同产地、不同批次的葛根中Cr、Pb、Ni含有量差别较大,As、Hg、Cd含有量差别不大;Cr平均含有量最高,Hg平均含有量最低;Pb、As和重金属总量各样品均符合现行标准。结论重金属元素的定量测定方法提示葛根种植时应对土壤进行重金属含量监控。AIM To determine the contents of heavy metals in Puerariae Lobatae Radix from Anhui, Hunan, Hebei, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Hubei provinces and Guangxi region in order to control the heavy metal contents. METHODS Microwave digestion method used in sample pretreatment combined with ICP-MS were used to measure the contents of Cr, Ni, As, Cd, Pb, and Hg in twenty batches of Puerariae lobatae Radix. RE- SULTS The average contents of heavy metals were measured to be Cr (3.28 mg/kg), Ni ( 1.83 mg/kg), As (0. 31 mg/kg), Cd (0. 23 mg/kg), Pb (1.85 mg/kg), and Hg (0. 07 mg/kg). The contents of Cr , Pb, Ni showed the large fluctuations, but the contents of As, Hg, and Cd the minor ones. The average content of Cr was the highest, and the average content of Hg was the lowest. The contents of Pb, As and the total amount of heavy metals met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia. CONCLUSION The method for determination of six heavy metals indicates that the soil heavy metals contents in the plantation of Puerariae Lobatae Radix should be considered.
