苏南水网地区历史古镇规划途径探析

摘　　要：分析总结历史古镇开发存在的问题及原因,结合苏南水网地区特殊的地理特征与古镇保护与发展的需求,提出古镇文化战略与景观生态产业一体化发展为规划理念,并以黎里古镇为例,寻求从宏观层面、城乡资源统筹角度,探索出一种既能保护历史遗产,又能发挥地域特色的发展策略,以期实现"水"文化与"古"文化在空间及产业上的落实,引导水网地区历史古镇的保护与发展。The paper analyzed and summarize the problems and reasons of Historical town development.In combination with the special geographical characteristics and historical town protection and development needs in south Jiangsu watery region,the paper put forward Integration development of historical town culture strategy and landscape ecological industry.Taking an example of Lili,the paper sought a development strategy which both can protect historical heritage,and exert local feature from the macro level and the perspective of urban and rural resources co-ordination.We hope to achieve the implementation of the water culture and history culture in space and the industry,and guide the protection and development of historical town in watery region.
