摘　　要：罕见胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤包括血管活性肠肽瘤,胰高糖素瘤和生长抑素瘤等。可依据其不同的特征性临床综合征,结合特定激素的实验室检测,生长抑素受体显像以及影像学手段等进行临床诊断。手术治疗是其主要治疗方式,结合生长抑素治疗、化疗以及靶向治疗等手段,不仅可能使早期病人得到治愈,还可在一定程度上控制病情,缓解症状及改善生活质量。The rare pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms are composed of several types such as vasoactive intestinal peptide endocrine tumor, glucagonoma and somatostatinoma. The clinical diagnosis depends on the characteristic clinical symptom complexes, the experimental exam of special endocrine hormones, somatostatin receptor scintigraphy and imaging examinations. Surgical management, which is the main treatment for pancreatic neuroendoerine tumors, when combined with somatostatin treatment, chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy, might not only cure the early stage patients, but also control the patient condition, alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life.
