摘 要:研究硅树脂用量对双组分室温硫化硅橡胶耐热性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅树脂用量的增大,硅橡胶的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率呈增大趋势,耐热性能先提高后降低;当硅树脂用量为8份时,硅橡胶的拉伸性能和耐老化性能最佳;当硅树脂用量为6份时,硅橡胶的耐热性能最佳。The effect of addition level of silicone resin on the heat resistance of two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber was investigated. The results showed that, as the addition level of silicone resin increased, the Shore A hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break of sili- cone rubber tended to increase, and the heat resistance increased at first and then decreased. When the addition level of silicone resin was 8 phr, the best tensile property and aging property of silicone rubber were obtained. When the addition level of silicone resin was 6 phr, the best heat resistance of silicone rubber was achieved.
