摘 要:为研究与分析多功能热泵机组在供能和用能方面的匹配问题,建立了该机组不同工况能级分析模型、并推导了相应的表达公式。继而进行了理想工况与采用制冷剂后不同工况下的能级计算与分析。研究结果表明:多功能热泵系统的输入输出能级差较小、其供能与用能匹配合理;在机组设计与应用中应尽量降低冷凝温度、提高蒸发温度、减小机组换热器与冷热源之间的传热温差,减小系统损失、降低电能消耗;机组在制冷同时回收冷凝热工况下节能潜力最大。In order to study and analyze matched problems of the energy supply and utilization in the multi function heat pump unit, a different performance energy grade analysis model of the unit was established and relevant expression formula was derived. Thus a calculation and analysis was conducted on the energy grade under the rational performance and different performances after the refrigerant applied. The study results showed that the input and output energy grade difference of the multi function heat pump system was small and the matching of the energy supply and utilization was rational. The design and application of the unit should possibly reduce the condensation temperature, increase the evaporation temperature, reduce the heat transfer temperature difference between the heat exchanger of the unit and the cold and heat sources, reduce the system lost and reduce the electric power consumption. A energy saving potential of the unit would be max under the performances of the condensation and heat recovery at the same time.
