摘　　要：文章以《淮南矿区高地温矿井热害治理技术研究与工程实践》科研课题中的集中监控管理系统开发研究为基础,从系统的开发背景、软硬件及网络结构、系统功能及创新点等方面,介绍其中的热电冷联供工程矿井降温集中监控管理系统的开发和应用情况,分析了系统的创新点,并指出不足之处。Based on the study and development of centralized monitoring and management system, which is the sub - topic of ＂Technical research and engineering practice on heat harm treatment technology of high temperature mine in Huainan mining area＂, from the background of the system, hardware, software and network structure, system function and the innovation points, the development and application centralized monitoring and management system for mine cooling of CCHP mines were introduced, the innovation and deficiency of the system were analyzed.
