摘  要:目的:建立HPLC同时测定舒乐洗剂中苦参碱和小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil C_18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(每100mL含十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长230nm。结果:苦参碱和小檗碱的色谱峰面积与质量呈良好的线性关系,线性范围分别为0.4305~8.61μg(r=1.0000),0.00585~0.1171μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率分别为98.9%,99.1%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于舒乐洗剂的质量控制。Objective: To establish a quantitative determination method for matrine and berberine in Shule lotion. Method: The determination was performed on Kromasi] Clscolumn (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase consisting of methanol, acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃ , and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Result: The method had good linear relationship for matrine and berberine in the ranges of 0. 430 5-8.61 μg (r = 1. 000 0) ,0. 005 85-0. 117 1 μg (r = 0. 999 9), respectively. The average recoveries was 98.9% for matrine, 99.1% for berberine. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific. It provides a reliable way for evaluating the quality of Shule lotion.
