摘 要:目的:观察爱罗咳喘宁口服液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型血浆及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白三烯B4(LTB4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肺组织病理形态的影响。方法:采用脂多糖(LPS)加烟雾诱导COPD大鼠模型,大鼠随机被分为正常组、模型组、爱罗咳喘宁口服液低、中、高剂量组。正常组、模型组灌胃蒸馏水(10 mL·kg-1·d-1),爱罗咳喘宁口服液低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃混悬液(5,10,20 g·kg-1·d-1),连续7 d。酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定各组大鼠血浆和BALF中LTB4,IL-6的含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血浆和BALF中LTB4,IL-6水平均显著高于正常组(均P<0.05),与模型组相比,爱罗咳喘宁口服液低、中、高剂量组LTB4和IL-6含量均显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论:爱罗咳喘宁口服液治疗COPD的作用机制可能与抑制LTB4,IL-6的释放有关。Objective: To study the effect of Ailuo Kechuanning oral liquid on leukotriene B4 (LTB4), interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels and pathological morphology in plasma and bronchial alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method: Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) combined with smoke was used to establish COPD rat model; the experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Ailuo Kechuanning oral liquid groups (5, 10, 20 g · kg-1- d-l), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the change of LTB4, IL-6 levels in rat plasma and BALF in the rats of all groups before and after treatment. Result: The levels of LTB4, IL-6 in plasma and BALF of the model group were significantly higher than those in normal control group; compared with the model group, the levels of LTB4, IL-6 in plasma and BALF of the rats treated with Ailuo Kechuanning oral liquid were significantly decreased. Conclusion: The mechanism of Ailuo Kechuanning oral liquid for treatment of COPD may be related to the inhibition of LTB4, IL-6 release.
