摘 要:建立了一种用于测定蕨类植物中(C1~C10)脂肪酸成分的毛细管电泳检测方法。用含有口-CD的硼砂缓冲溶液为背景电解质,10种脂肪酸在17min内可实现快速、高效的基线分离。各脂肪酸成分在0.07~5.0μmol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数产为0.9983~0.9998,保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为0.34%~0.52%和1.36%~1.94%,检测限(3倍信噪比)为0.027~0.042μmol/L。该方法准确可靠,在最优化条件下对卷柏实际样品进行的定性定量检测实验,结果较好。A simple method for the determination of fatty acids(C1 -C10) based on capillary electrophoresis has been developed. A 58. 5 cm × 50 μm i. d. (50 cm effective length) untreated fused-silica capillary was used. Under the established conditions, 10 fatty acid derivatives were well separatedwithin 17 min. The linearity was in the range of 0.07-5.0 μmol/L,and the detection limits(at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3) were in the range of 0. 027-0. 042 μmol/L. The fatty acids from funaria hedw and selaginella samples were determined under the optimum conditions with satisfactory results.
