摘  要:目的:通过大青龙汤抗流感病毒有效部位正丁醇萃取物的血清药物化学研究,进一步诠释其药效物质基础。方法:将大青龙汤抗病毒有效部位正丁醇萃取物灌胃给药大鼠,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法测定其含药血清的指纹图谱,并与大青龙汤正丁醇萃取物和空白血清的HPLC指纹图谱比对分析,探讨大青龙汤正丁醇萃取物的入血的成分。结果:大青龙汤抗病毒有效部位正丁醇萃取物含药血清指纹图谱呈现45个指纹峰中,其中25个为原型成分,2个指纹峰分别被指认为甘草苷和甘草酸单铵盐。结论:通过对大青龙汤抗病毒有效部位正丁醇萃取物入血成分与其正丁醇萃取物的指纹图谱比对分析,前者的指纹峰明显多于后者,且两者指纹图谱存在众多对应指纹峰。表明大青龙汤抗病毒有效部位正丁醇萃取物大多有效成分是以原型或其代谢产物进入体内发挥药效作用,从而进一步阐释了该经典方剂抗病毒的药效物质基础。OBJBCTIVE To study the serum pharmacochemistry of n-butanol extract of Daqinglong decotion for illustrating the material basis of pharmacodynamics of Daqinglong decotion. METHODS Based on the established HPLC fingerprint of Daqinglong decotion, analysis and comparison were carried out among the HPLC fingerprints of blank serum, serum containing active sites extracted by n-butanol, to explore the constituents absorbed into the serum after taking Daqinglong decotion. RE- SULTS Among the 45 fingerprint peaks of HPLC fingerprint of serum containing active sites extracted by n-butanol, 25 con- stituents were prototype, two peaks were identified as glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin monoammonium salt. CONCLUSION By analyzing the transitional blood components of n-butanol extract of Daqinglong decotion, the study initially identified the absorp- tion of components of Daqinglong decotion in vivo and further clarified the pharmacodynamic material basis for the efficacy of Daqinglong decotion.
