复方穿心莲片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的：对复方穿心莲片的质量标准进行研究。方法：用薄层色谱法对复方穿心莲片中穿心莲、路边青药材进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法对方中穿心莲的脱水穿心莲内酯成分进行含量测定。以SUPELCODiscovers TM C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）为色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（55：45），流速为1．2ml·min，检测波长N254nm。结果：在薄层色谱图相同的位置上显同一颜色的斑点，线性范围为0．54～2．70μg，r=0．9999；平均回收率（n=5）N98．8％，RSD为0．5％。结论：该方法能较好地控制产品质量。OBJECTIVE To study the quality specification of compound Andrographis paniculta tablet. METHODS TLC was used for qualitative identification of andrographolide in compound Andrographis paniculm tablet and Geum aleppicum Jacq （＇Roadside green＇） herb; HPLC was used for content determination of dehydroandrographolide. Chromatographic column was SUPELCO DiscoveryTMCls （250 mm 4. 6 ram, 5 μm）; a mobile phase of methanol-water （55：45）, a flow rate of 1.2 ml. rain-1 , detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS TLC showed the same color of the spots on the same location of the map, the linear range was 0. 54 - 2. 70 μg, r = 0. 999 9; average recovery （n = 5） was 98.8%, RSD 0. 5%. CONCLU- SION This method can be better used for quality control of product.
