运用摆药机实现口服药闭环医嘱管理

摘　　要：目的:利用新技术,对口服药医嘱的业务流程进行优化和重组,减少差错率,提高医疗质量。方法:改造自动摆药机的运行方案,优化医嘱管理业务流程,建立口服药闭环医嘱管理流程。结果:调整自动摆药机运行方案,解决了药师摆药与护士执行之间的信息脱节问题,实现口服药闭环医嘱管理。结论:通过自动摆药机的应用,优化了医嘱管理流程,实现了口服药闭环医嘱管理,提高了工作效率,提高了医疗管理与监控的质量,具有良好的应用效果。OBJECTIVE To reform and optimize the process of doctors oral orders management by new technology for reduc- ing error rate and improving the quality of medical treatment, lVlETHODS Taking reformation of the operation scheme of auto- matic dispensing machine as the key step, the process of doctors orders management was optimized to establish the procedure of closed-loop doctors oral orders management. RFsULTS Through reformation of the operation scheme of automatic dispensing machine, the information disconnection between medicines dispensation of pharmacists and execution of nurses was narrowed down, and the procedure of closed-loop doctors oral orders management was achieved. CONCLUSION The application of auto-matic dispensing machines has a good effect on the optimization of procedure of doctor＇s orders management and implementation of closed-loop doctor＇s oral orders management which improves work efficiency and the quality of medical management.
