破碎硅化煤层巷道棚-索补偿支护技术及应用

摘  要:为了解决架棚支护中棚体的破坏问题,以二矿盘区皮带巷为研究对象,综合运用工程测试、理论分析和数值模拟手段,研究了棚‐索支护补偿前后棚体、围岩的应力分布状况,分析了补偿支护的机理,设计了棚‐索补偿支护方案,并进行工业性实验,结果表明:现用棚‐索支护中锚网与架棚彼此独立,棚架弯矩呈正弦函数分布,直墙帮、水平方向27°和69°弯矩较大,最大值为52.48kN · m ,超过了其屈服弯矩,直墙段易首先发生破坏;棚‐索补偿支护后,棚架受力环境得到了很好的改善,最大弯矩10.58kN ·m ,仅为屈服弯矩的21.7%,较补偿支护前降低了79.8%;锚网支护的组合拱效果得以加强,巷道周围形成了1.2~3.6m厚的压应力增高区,棚架至今未发生明显变形。In order to solve destruction of shed body in frame support, methods of engineering test, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were used comprehensively in panel belt roadway in NO. 2 coal mine to separately study the stress distributions in shed body and rock under the condition of with and without frame-anchor support. After having analyzed mechanism of compensation support, support scheme was designed and industrial experiment was conducted. The results show that bolt mesh and frame used in frame-anchor support are independent of each other, the distribution of bending moment in shed body likes sine function. The maximum bending moment occur on straight walls, on the direction of horizontal 27 ° and 69 ° and the value is 52. 48kN · m. It is greater than the yield moment, which makes straight wall breaks down easily. The force situation has been improved well after adoption of frame-cable support and the maximum bending moment is 10. 58kN· m. It is 21. 7% of the yield moment value, which is reduced 79.8% compared with the situation without adoption of compensation support. The effect of combined arch brought by bolt-mesh support is greater than before and it forms the stress increased area, which thickness is 1. 2m to 3. 6m, around the roadway. The shed body has no significant deformation till now.
