摘　　要：以中医脉络学说为指导,探讨"孙络—微血管"相关性及2型糖尿病胰岛微血管病变机制,认为脾主运化水谷精微功能的组织结构基础为胰腺,脾失健运导致水谷精微代谢分布紊乱及不平衡状态的病理实质为脾络(即胰岛"孙络—微血管")病变所导致的内分泌代谢障碍,据此提出"通脾络,运脾津"治法,探讨以此原则指导2型糖尿病治疗的思路。The relation of tertiary type 2 diabetes were studied guided by collaterals and Channels and microvascular and the mechanism of islet microangiopathy in Collaterals Theory. The structural basis of ＂spleen governing movement and transformation was the pancreas tissue＂.
