益气通阳汤加减治疗慢性血小板减少性紫癜患者31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气通阳汤加减治疗慢性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)的临床疗效。方法 CITP患者31例服用益气通阳汤加减治疗,每日1剂,3个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。采用自身前后对照的方法,于治疗前及治疗1个疗程后、2个疗程后记录血小板计数、中医证候积分,判定西医临床疗效及中医证候疗效。结果治疗2个疗程后患者血小板计数较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后及2个疗程后患者中医证候积分与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.01)。患者西医临床疗效总有效率为58.06%。治疗1个疗程后中医证候疗效总有效率为51.61%,2个疗程后总有效率为80.65%,治疗2个疗程后的总有效率明显升高(P<0.05)。结论益气通阳汤加减治疗CITP疗效确切,可显著改善患者中医证候及血小板计数。Objective To observe the efficacy of modified Yiqi Tongyang Decoction （ decoction to supplement qi and free yang） for chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （CITP）. Methods Totally 31 CITP patients orallytook modified Yiqi Tongyang Decoction one dose daily. The treatment lasted for 2 treatment courses （6 months）. The platelet count and TCM syndrome score was recorded before treatment, after 1-course treatment and after 2-coursetreatment, respectively. The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy was evaluated. Results The platelet count was significantly increased after 2-course treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The TCM syndrome score was significantly de-creased after 1-course treatment and 2-course treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The clinical efficacy was 58.06%. The TCM syndrome efficacy was 51.61% after 1-course treatment and 80. 64% after 2-course treatment. The TCM syndrome efficacy was significantly increased after 2-course treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Modified Yiqi Tongyang Decoction is effective for CITP, and it can obviously relieve TCM syndrome and improve platelet count.
