摘 要:目的探讨补肾生髓方治疗缺血性中风的可能机制。方法雄性SD大鼠采用惊恐加房劳的复合伤肾法制造肾精亏虚模型,联合大脑中动脉线栓法改良制作左侧局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型。将造模成功的24只大鼠随机分为模型组、脑络欣通组和补肾生髓方组,每组8只。另随机取正常大鼠8只为正常组。脑络欣通组和补肾生髓方组分别按每天8.54g/kg、10.25g/kg灌胃相应药物,造模后每天灌胃2次;模型组予以等量的生理盐水灌胃,各组均持续2周。正常组不做处理。检测各组大鼠促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、红细胞生成素(EPO)、血钙及血磷值。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血浆ACTH和血清TSH、EPO、血钙值显著降低,而血磷值升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与模型组比较,脑络欣通组血磷值降低,补肾生髓方组血清TSH值升高、血磷值降低(P<0.05)。结论补肾生髓方药能升高肾精不足型脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清TSH值、降低血磷,具有调节神经—内分泌的作用。Objective To study the effects of Bushen Shengsui Formula (formula to supplement the kidney and engender marrow) on neuroendocrine function in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rats with kidney essence insufficiency syndrome. Methods The kidney essence insufficiency models were established in male SD rats by fear andexcessive sexual intercourse. The left focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rat models were established with improved middle cerebral artery occlusion method. Eight normal rats were chosen as the normal group. Twenty -four successful modeling rats were randomized into the model group, Naoluo Xintong group and Bushen Shengsui Formulagroup, with 8 in each. The Naoluo Xintong group and Bushen Shengsui Formula group was respectively gavaged with 8.54g/kg and 10. 25g/kg corresponding drugs twice daily. The model group was garaged with the same amount of normal saline. The intragastric administration lasted for 2 weeks. The levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone ( ACTH),thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), erythropoietin (EPO), serum calcium and .phosphorus were detected. Results Comparing with the normal group, the levels of ACTH, TSH, EPO and serum calcium were significantly decreased (P 〈0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) but the level of serum phosphorus was significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the modelgroup. Comparing with the model group, the levels of serum phosphorus were significantly decreased in both groups and the level of TSH was significantly increased in the Bushen Shengsui Formula group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Bushen Shengsui Formula can increase TSH, reduce serum phosphorus and regulate the neuroendocrine function ofcerebral ischemia reperfusion rats with kidney essence insufficiency syndrome.
