异丙酚对血浆胃动素的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察异丙酚对硬膜外麻醉下牵拉反应的预防效果及其对血浆胃动素水平的影响。方法　 5 0例硬膜外麻醉胆囊切除术患者按切皮时给药方法不同随机分为哌替啶加氟哌利多组(D组 2 5例 )和异丙酚组 (P组 2 5例 )。测定入室后、切皮前和术毕血浆胃动素并观察麻醉中牵拉反应发生程度及发生率。结果　P组牵拉反应明显低于D组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;P组血浆胃动素在用药后明显低于术前 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　异丙酚可通过降低血浆胃动素水平来防治硬膜外麻醉下牵拉反应。Objective To observe the outcome of propofol in prevention of visceral traction reaction and the effect of it on the level of plasma motolin in patients undergoing cholecystectomy under eqidural blockade.Methods Fifty cholecystectomy patients undergoing eqidural anesthesia were randomly assigned to two groups.Group D( n= 25) received pethidine and droperidol;Group P( n= 25) received propfol. The level of plasma motolin before anesthesia, before incision and completion of operation were measured. The degree and incidence of visceral traction reaction were recorded. Result The viceral traction reaction in group P is significant lower than in group D( P<0 05 ),the level of plasma motolin postoperation is also significant decreased compared with those before operation in group P( P<0 05 ). Conclusion Propofol may prevent visceral respone to traction by decreasing the level of plasma motolin.
