摘 要:采用湿法生产工艺制备氨基酰胺修饰的凹凸棒土润滑脂,考察不同的脂肪酸、多乙烯多胺合成的氨基酰胺以及不同的氨基酰胺覆盖剂量对润滑脂性能的影响。结果表明:氨基酰胺作修饰剂制备的凹凸棒土脂无腐蚀性;不同的脂肪酸、多乙多胺合成的氨基酰胺以及不同的氨基酰胺覆盖剂量对润滑脂的滴点、剪切安定性、胶体安定性等理化性能和摩擦学性能均有一定的影响。The attapulgite lubricating greases were synthesized using the organ-attapulgite modified by the aminoacid amide as thethickener, and the effect of the aminoacid amides prepared by different fatty acid and polyethylene polyamine on the performances of the at-tapulgite lubricating greases was investigated. The effect of different amount of aminoacid amides on the performances of the attapulgite lu-bricating greases was also investigated. The results show that the attapulgite lubricating greases synthesized using the organ-attapulgite mod-ified by the aminoacid amide are non corrosive. The aminoacid amides prepared by different fatty acid and polyethylene polyamine and dif-ferent amount of aminoacid amides have some influence on the physical and chemical properties of the lubricating greases, such as droppingpoint, shear stability and colloid stability, as well as the tribological properties of the lubricating greases.
