摘 要:针对武钢现有原料条件下烧结矿适宜MgO含量进行了烧结杯试验,并对试验所得烧结矿样进行了低温还原粉化和还原性测试,以及微观结构分析。根据试验结果,综合考虑转鼓强度、利用系数、煤耗、RDI-3.15等指标,认为对于含铁品位54%左右的烧结矿,适宜MgO含量可放宽到2.5%~3.0%。In view of the existing raw material condition of WISCO, the sinter pot experiment was conducted for the suitable MgO content of sinter,and low temperature reduction disintegration and reducibility tests as well as the microstructure analysis were conducted for the researched sinter. Based on the experimental results and with comprehensive consideration of such indices as tumbler strength,utilization factor,coal consumption and RDI_315mm etc. , it is believed that the suitable MgO content can be 2. 5% - 3.0% for the sinter with 54% iron grade.
