摘  要:将除尘灰冷压成球后返回转炉使用,是除尘灰回收利用的有效方式。通过实验研究,找出影响成品冷压球性能的因素主要是除尘灰中残存的游离CaO量、原料配比以及粘结剂。试验确定除尘灰的最优原料配比为:转炉一次细灰20%+转炉一次粗灰10%+二三次灰45%+氧化铁皮25%;另外,转炉一次除尘粗灰需预先加水密闭消解;除尘灰冷压成球宜采用有机复合粘结剂。The dust after cold-pressed pelletizing will be returned to convertor for use, which is an effective way of recycling precipitator dust. Through an experimental study, it is found out that the factors affecting the performance of finished cold-pressed pellet are mainly the content of residual free-calcium oxide in the dust, the raw material proportion and the binder. The optimal raw material proportion determined by the experiment is as follows:the primary fine precipitator dust of converter accounts for 20% ,the primary crude precipitator dust of converter accounts for 10%, the secondary tertiary precipitator dust of converter accounts for 45% and the mill scale accounts for 25%. In addition, it is necessary to add water in the primary crude dust of converter and close it for digestion;and it is a suitable way to adopt organic compound binder for cold-pressed pelletizing from the precipitator dust.
