摘　　要：对国产80钢级SEW膨胀管(BX80)进行了实物膨胀试验,并对其膨胀后的规格尺寸、力学性能、抗挤强度等进行了研究。结果表明:国产BX80膨胀过程压力较低且保持平稳,膨胀后管材仍具有良好的强度、塑性及韧性匹配,其力学性能和抗外挤强度指标均满足API Spec 5CT—2012、API TR 5C3—2008等标准要求,说明国产BX80膨胀管易于膨胀且膨胀后的使用性能优良,可满足工程应用要求。Actual product tests are carried out on 80 grade SEW expandable pipe （BX80） and study is made on the sizes, mechanical properties and tensile strength etc. of the pipe after expanding. Results of the tests indicate that the home-made BX80 expandable pipe maintains a relatively low and stable pressure during expanding and the pipe after expanding still has good matching of strength, plasticity and toughness, and its mechanical properties and collapse resistance can meet the requirements of specifications such as API Spec 5CT and API TR 5C3 etc., which shows the home-made BX80 expandable pipe can satisfy the requirements of engineering applications with its easy-to-expand feature and good application performance after expanding.
