摘  要:目的研究手足口病患儿红细胞天然免疫黏附功能(EIIAF)的变化及其临床意义。方法收集手足口病患儿111例,其中死亡组6例,危重组57例,对照组(普通患儿组)48例,对EIIAF进行测定。结果死亡组、危重组和对照组EIIAF检测的中位数(四分位数间距)分别为19.5(11)%、26.0(11)%和38.0(24)%。3组EIIAF分析差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.452,P<0.001),死亡组、危重组EIIAF较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.017。结论 EIIAF对手足口病的预后判断具有参考价值。Objective This study was to investigate the change of erythrocytic innate immune adhesion function (EIIAF) in children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) and its clinical significance. Methods 111 cases were collected and divided into a death group (6 cases), a critical group (57cases) and a control group (48 cases). EIIAF were measured in all three groups. Results The median EIIAF (interquartite) of the death group, critical group and control group were 19.5% (11), 26.0% (11) and 38.0% (24), respec- tively. The difference was statistically significant (Х^2=24.452, P〈0.001). EIIAF of the death group and critical group were significantly decreased compared to the control group (P〈0.017). Conclusion EIIAF have important clinical significance for the diagnosis of HFMD.
