摘 要:基于计算流体动力学(CFD)对盘磨机磨浆过程进行计算机模拟,可以在不同压力、浓度、流速、定动磨片间隙和磨片齿纹参数的条件下,研究浆料在磨浆区域的剪切、流动等情况,从而达到优化盘磨机的工艺参数和磨片的齿纹参数的目的。本文首先对目前国内外盘磨机磨浆过程计算机模拟的文献资料进行了介绍和分析,然后介绍了相关的实验研究方法,最后对盘磨机计算机流体模拟技术的发展进行了展望。Based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) computer simulation of the process of disc refiner, the pulp in the grinding region of shear, flow and so on were studied in different pressure, consistence, flow rate, disc refiner gap and plate parameters, so as to optimize the process parameters and the plate. Firstly, disc refiner computer simulation analysis of the literature data were introduced and analyzed, and then the related research methods, and finally the development of disc refiner computer fluid simulation technologies are prospected. The work of this paper has certain guiding significance to the research on computer disc refiner fluid simulation technology.
