摘 要:本试验旨在探索银黄止咳颗粒是否具有体外抑菌和抗炎功效。采用肉汤二倍稀释法进行体外抑菌试验;通过注射0.6%冰醋酸建立炎症早期实验动物模型,并收集腹腔液体用于检测光密度D590nm值。结果表明,银黄止咳颗粒对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和肺炎双球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为7.8、7.8、3.9、125mg/mL;最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为15.6、15.6、7.8、250mg/mL;30、16、8g/kg银黄止咳颗粒溶液均对冰醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高有明显的抑制作用。The aim of the study was to prove whether or not Yinhuang Zhike granules had effect on the antibacterial activity in vitro and anti-inflammatory abilities. The antibacterial activity in vitro was carried out by broth two-fold agar dilution method, animal model of early inflammatory was induced by injection with 0.6% acetic acid, the peritoneal fluid was collected to detect D590nm . The results showed that MIC of Yinhuang Zhike granules to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumoniae were 7.8,7.8,3.9,125 mg/mL, while MBC were 15.6,15.6,7.8,250 mg/mL, respectively. 30,16,8 g/kg Yinhuang Zhike granules all had obvious inhibition effects on increasement of capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid.
